Today we ventured to the food technology lab where we had to follow a recipe to make damper - just like they made it on the gold fields! We enjoyed our damper with golden syrup and a nice cup of tea!

Australia Through the Decades Presentation

Well done to everyone for all of the hard work you put into presenting your Decades Task - you all did a fantastic job of documenting over 150 years of Australian history! A big thank you to all the parents who came along to view our displays and bushdancing demonstration! Thanks to Mrs Foyster for teaching us how to Strip the Willow, do the Heel & Toe Polka and dance the Waves of Bondi!

I hope you all have a relaxing holiday - you deserve it after a busy first semester in Year 6! 

I look forward to seeing you all in Term 3.
